So you want to be involved, that is GREAT! To help you out to your right you will find a list of contacts, find your county and contact your county coordinator. No county coordinator then contact your regional coordinator and request information on becoming your county's coordinator. You can also retrive this information and more at the National Precinct Leader Site (Grassroots > Precinct Leader Program).
